Precision Manufacturing
Rethinking how a B2B manufacturer presents capability and routes technical enquiries.
How a specialist clinic could turn a trust problem into a clearer, calmer booking experience.
This is a self-initiated concept. The business is hypothetical and it is not client work — the thinking, design and build approach are real.
01Current state
Many specialist clinics deliver a premium standard of care but present themselves with template websites, stock imagery and a phone number as the only route to booking.
02Business context
Prospective patients compare doctors, credentials and comfort. Most of that comparison happens on a phone, often late in the evening.
03Constraint
Visitors arrive, but the site doesn't answer the questions that make someone comfortable enough to book: who will I see, what will happen, what does it involve.
04Strategic decision
The structure is rebuilt around specialists, conditions and what a first visit looks like — with booking available at every point of certainty.
05Design system
A restrained palette, generous spacing and a serif for reassurance. Typography carries the tone so imagery can stay honest.

Aa Aa
Sans for structure, serif for reassurance.
06Experience
Condition pages link to the right specialist; specialist pages link to available slots. Every page answers 'what happens next?'
07Development
Static pages with server-rendered availability, image optimisation and a booking flow that works without heavy scripts.
08Final state
The intended outcome: patients arrive better informed, the front desk answers fewer repetitive calls, and reminders go out automatically.
